Description

The non-rotating hydraulic set liner hanger with integrated packer is set by hydraulic pressure within the running-in string; neither reciprocation nor rotation is required.

The hanger has two staggered rows of slips, with three slip segments in each row.

The staggered design provides large by-pass area for easy running and free circulation, and the large distributed slip contact area reduces stress in the supporting casing.

The hydraulic set liner hanger is cost eﬀective, medium duty hanger ideal for deviated or horizontal wells.

Non rotating hydraulic hanger is set hydraulically by applying pressure through the running string.

A setting ball is circulated to a ball seat built in the landing collar and pressure is applied, which acts on the internal piston, moving slips up the cone to the set position.

The piston seals are made of glass-ﬁlled teﬂon suitable forHPHT environment.

A high quality AISI 4140 alloy hydraulic cylinder is used to provide high burst/collapse rating to meet customer's requirement.

The hanger provides full bypass in the set position during cementing operations.

Completion Oil Tools CT-HCLHP-MS models are designed for HPHT environment.

Innovative molded seal element withstand high pressure and temperature rating.

Metal seal element is highly resistant to swab oﬀ and mechanical damage while running in hole.
