Sheave is cast from 356.2 aluminum alloy.
Heat treated and aged for strength.
Steel components are made from 4140 alloy steel.

Assembly with steel tire weighs 54 lbs.
Assembly with Nylatron tire weighs 44 lbs.
Easy swing loading shroud and jumpless design will increase wireline life.
Clevis freely swivels allowing the sheave to always run tangent to changing line angles.
Hollow axle shaft to accommodate safety axle or to fit a floor stand.
Solid wheel halves prevent hand and feet injuries.
Timkin races and bearings + oil seals + grease zerts.
Identification plate is secured to wheel.
Line sizes: 3/16”, 9/32”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 7/32” (*Other sizes available upon request)
Easily field serviceable for routine maintenance.
Recommended SKF grease LGMT 2/1 (WARNING: *DO NOT over grease as wheel will be hard to turn with over pressurized grease).
