All applicable charges, including local taxes, shipping costs, as well as custom and duties according to your chosen incoterms can be calculated and provided immediately with your quote so that our customers know their total cost without delay.
When a customer submits a quotation request, in which case the Run In All shipping services are selected, the customer will then be asked to specify their shipping requirements. All incoterm options are available for shipment from EXW to DDP. By partnering with top industry logistic forwarders, Run In All is able to have your shipment delivered to almost any location globally. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver under the requested Incoterm, our team will respond with alternate options. You may also ask our team to work with your own preferred approved logistic company.
To complete the Shipping Form a buyer will provide:
- Buyer’s contact details
- Buyer’s supply chain contact details
- Preferred Incoterm
- Preferred shipping mode
- Delivery and invoicing addresses
- And in the cell labeled “Additional Information”, a buyer may specify any additional comments and important information applicable, such as packing requirements, shipping document requirements, specific markings on crates, tax exemption, etc.
As soon as your shipping form is received, one of our associates will review your application and contact your team should any further information or clarification be required. Your final quotation will be updated with all applicable charges as per your shipping request.
Once a quotation has been accepted, in addition to receiving a shipment tracking number, customers will also be able to follow and track their delivery updates via their account dashboard under “My orders”.
